Home Meal Delivery

  • Have a taste of genuine home-cooked style food delivered right up to your doorsteps with Jessie Catering. From Mondays to Fridays, our basic meal of 3 dishes & 1 soup will consist of 1 meat, 1 vegetable, 1 side dish (egg/tofu/others), and the soup of the day. The additional 4th dish is in complement to the meat dish of the day, usually being fish dishes. Home Meal Delivery service is not available for Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve of Christmas & Chinese New Year.
  • Our home meal delivery services do not have a menu as the dishes we provide are subjected to market conditions and availability, so as to provide our customers the freshest ingredients and variety of food throughout their course of 20 days.
  • The prices for the various sets are set in a semi-interactive format. Please key in the numbers to the boxes for "No. of Person", and the corresponding prices will be reflected shortly.
  • Place your order before 5pm and we can start as early as the next working day!
  • To place an order, please follow the procedures as below:
    1. Fill in the form below and state any additional requests at the "Other Enquiries" column, then click "Submit".
    2. Double check your order details, then click on "Confirm".
    3. We will be contacting you either via phone or email for confirmation.

  • Please kindly take note that our Lunch services are restricted to the eastern areas of Singapore only. (From Marine Parade/Pasir Ris/Sengkang, up to Ang Mo Kio/Toa Payoh/Bishan).
  • Our Dinner services go islandwide except for CBD area, Tuas, Office & Industrial Estates.
  • For customers ordering 5/10 days package, we will only be able to provide in plastic containers. Metal containers can be provided for customers with 20 days package.
  • Rates are subjected to prevailing government taxes.

Admin Related

Q: How does "Jessie Catering" determine the date of expiry/renewal?
A:
We serve all customers on a "Number of Days Served" basis. The standard length of the course is 20 days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. We do not serve monthly cycles.

Q: Can I order for a course shorter than the standard 20-day course?
A:
Yes, we do have 5-days and 10-days packages.

Q: I do not want the food to be delivered on Friday. What should I do?
A: Customers can choose whichever day they want to be omitted, not limited to Fridays only, should they opt for the 4days/week delivery schedule. However, we do not serve 3 days/week or less.

Q: During the course, I have an overseas trip/wedding dinner/ball/function to attend. What should I do?
A:
All our customers may defer their order for up to a maximum of 2 times during their 20days term, each time not exceeding 2 weeks. Please inform us 1 working day in advance of the postpone date, before 5pm. Please inform the office directly, as our drivers are not responsible for such messages. Late deferment notices will be regarded as forfeiture of delivery.

Q: If I want to terminate the service, what should I do?
A:
Kindly inform us 3 days in advance before the date of expiry if you wish to discontinue with our services. You can reach us by giving us a phone call, or write us a simple email with the instructions. No refunds will be given should a customer wish to terminate their order prematurely.

Q: How do I renew the order?
A:
The cycle will be automatically renewed if we do not receive any cancellation or termination notice from the customer 3 days in advance before the date of expiry.

Q: What is the difference between Stainless Steel Container & Plastic Disposable Container?
A:
For metal container package, we will collect a deposit of $30 at the start of the service, and we require our customers to wash the container thoroughly and exchange it with the new set the next day. Our drivers will inspect the metal containers, and if found to be unsatisfactory, we will request the customer to wash it again. There is also no additional cost for choosing plastic container packaging. The food can be re-heated by microwave, together with the plastic container. We will not collect back the plastic containers.

Q: Will I get back my deposit if I choose Metal Container?
A:
We will return the deposit of $30 to the customer at the end of the service, or when the customer choose for plastic container, if all the metal containers returned during the course are found to be of good condition. The Stainless Steel Container is meant for convenience in carrying food, and is not for heating or cooking purposes. Please do not place the container under direct fire, as it will damage the container. In case of damaged containers, or loss, we will have to offset the deposit from the customer for the replacement of the container.

Q: How do I pay?
A:
Cash or Cheque will be acceptable. If paying by Cash, kindly hand the exact amount of money to the driver on the 1st day of the delivery. If paying by Cheque, kindly cross the cheque and made payable to "Jessie Catering". Please write your address at the back of the cheque for easy reference. You can either hand it to our driver or send it by mail to our address, which is stated on the invoice. Please feel free to contact us should you require alternatives to the payment methods.

Food Related

Q: I don’t want Fried Food / Egg / Tofu / (certain vegetables)
A:
We are sorry to inform you that all other non-standard preferences will not be possible, as we run on a mass-production scale and will not be able to proceed with delicate requests. We wish to clarify that we do not serve Beef, Mutton, Bittergourd (except for bittergourd soup on rare occasions), Lady finger, and Eggplant.

Q: If I don’t want any seafood?
A:
Most of the queries regarding seafood refer to No Sotong and No Prawns: While we do not have the option for No Sotong (Cuttlefish), our entire menu only have 2 dishes that contain Sotong meat, namely Sotong You Tiao and Sotong Fish Ball. Our system does not allow for such dishes to be excluded. For No Prawns preference, while we will not include big prawn dishes into the menu, we are sorry to inform that Dried Shrimps will not be excluded, as they are commonly cooked together with vegetables or other dishes. We seek the dearest understanding and consideration from our customers regarding this matter.

Q: Is your food HALAL?
A:
No, we do not prepare HALAL for Home Meal Delivery service.

Q: How about if I choose no pork?
A:
While we will not include pork in our main menus, the soup is often cooked with Pork Ribs, and we cannot prepare a separate soup, therefore there will still be pork present in the soup.

Delivery Related

Q: What time is your delivery?
A:
All our deliveries are between 2.30pm to 7pm. For more detailed timing, please kindly call our customer service and provide us with your address.

Q: Do you deliver to condominiums?
A:
Yes, we do deliver to condominiums, provided that we are given ample accessibility to your unit. If our driver is unable to reach your unit due to the condominium’s security, please kindly arrange for alternative methods for us to facilitate the delivery. If our drivers are unable to deliver after many attempts, it will be forfeited.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  1. All payments are to be paid in full on the 1st day of the delivery.
  2. No refund will be given for early cancellation or termination of order before the date of expiry.
  3. In the event where the customer has yet to make payments, early termination of the course will be chargeable at $15 per person per meal delivered.
  4. For cheque payments, kindly cross the cheque and made payable to "Jessie Catering". Please write your address at the back of the cheque for easy reference. You can either hand it to our driver or send it by mail to us.
  5. All customers are allowed to defer their home meal delivery at a maximum of 2 times within their term of 20 days, as long as the notice of deferment is given to the office 1 working day in advance, before 5pm. Our drivers are not responsible for such notices.
  6. Last-minute deferment notices after the stipulated deadline may be subjected as forfeiture of delivery.
  7. The maximum duration allowed for each time of deferment is limited to 2 weeks. A deferment of over 2 weeks will result in the cancellation of the order, and no refund will be given.
  8. For customers who opt to use our stainless steel container, a deposit of $30 is to be collected, and the containers are to be washed and cleaned thoroughly after use. The cleaned containers will then be exchanged with a new set the next delivery day.
  9. The metal containers will be damaged if placed under direct fire. We reserve the right to offset the deposit of S$30 if any one of the compartment is stained, dented or lost due to mishandling by our customers.
  10. The $30 deposit will be returned to the customer at the end of the service, or when the customer opts for plastic disposable packaging, if all the containers returned in the course of the cycle are found to be of good condition.
  11. Under our Auto Renewal System, a new cycle of 20 days will be automatically renewed and imposed upon the customer if we do not receive any notice of cancellation or termination 3 days before the date of expiry.
  12. Customers are advised to store the food in the refrigerator upon receiving the food, and heat up via 2~3 minutes of high heat in the microwave, or 11~15 minutes of steaming prior to consuming the food, for hygiene reasons.
